$31,000.00 TO $40,999.99………… $260.00

$41,000.00 TO $50,999.99………… $280.00

$51,000.00 TO $60,999.00………… $300.00

$61,000.00 TO $80,999,99………… $340.00

$81,000.00 TO $90,999.99………… $360.00

$91,000.00 TO $100,000.00……….$380.00

For each $1,000 or fraction thereof above $100,000; add $1.00 per $1,000.00 up to and including $500,000.00

For transactions in excess of $500,000.00 the escrow fee will be quoted to the customer based upon the work and liability involved.
